Water hose model QA432

The QA432 water hose has a cylindrical shape and its cross-section is circular.
In the design and construction of a water hose, such things as function, size, tolerable pressure, weight, length and all play an important role.
After the discovery and application of polymers, especially plastics, due to the resistance of these materials to corrosion, industries sought to replace these materials with metals.
Therefore, first PVC pipes were used for sewage and then polyethylene for irrigation and water supply.
Stages of product production and raw materials for water hose production:

1- Mixing: Mixing of rubber composite materials is done in 2 steps. First, the raw materials and other additives are completely mixed. Then, by adding reinforcing agents, the mixing operation is done by a roller mill.

The resulting mixture passes through the cylinder in which the extruder coil is located and is heated by electrical elements, becomes the first layer of the hose.

3- Reinforcing fiber twister: The operation of twisting reinforcing fibers is done by a fiber weaving machine around the first layer.

4- Second layer extrusion: The first layer is fed to the second extruder after wrapping the reinforcing fibers. The second layer of hose is formed by leaving the extruder.

5- Screw roll: The final product, after washing, passing through the killer unit, is packed by the collecting machine. When the product area is wrapped, it reaches a certain size, it is cut to replace the hose roll.

Hose raw materials

Hoses are mainly made of different materials. Some hoses are even made of 8 different layers.

All these layers are made of a different material. The outer layer must be strong, because it stretches along the concrete and stone. PVC is often used for this outer layer.

In general, garden hoses are made of vinyl and rubber. The more durable the hose, the less it will leak.

The QA432 water hose is made of a material or a combination of different materials such as nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene, plywood, natural rubber or synthetic cement and blankets based on the environment and the pressure required.
