Water hose Model QA375

Water hose Model QA375 Water hose is a hollow and flexible pipe that is used to transfer water from one point to another.
Water hoses are generally cylindrical in shape and have a circular cross-section.
In the design and construction of a water hose, such things as function, size, tolerable pressure, weight, length and all play an important role.
After the discovery and application of polymers, especially plastics, due to the resistance of these materials to corrosion, industries sought to replace these materials with metals.
Therefore, first PVC pipes were used for sewage and then polyethylene for irrigation and water supply.
Hose material
It is usually made of materials such as polyurethane, polyethylene, plywood or rubber, which may be made from one of these materials or a combination thereof.
But the tube is hard and strong and keeps the spine straight as it sinks. The hose is usually cylindrical with a circular cross section.
Hose raw materials

Hoses are mainly made of different materials. Some hoses are even made of 8 different layers.

All these layers are made of a different material. The outer layer must be strong, because it stretches along the concrete and stone. PVC is often used for this outer layer.

In general, garden hoses are made of vinyl and rubber. The more durable the hose, the less it will leak.

The best hoses for outdoor and garden use are made of rubber. Rubber water hoses are flexible and durable and can withstand a wide range of temperatures outside the home.

Hose production process
First the materials are weighed and then the pressurized materials are melted by the extruder.
The molten material is uniform and prepared to produce the hose.
In the next step, the molten material enters the head, which is responsible for creating a uniform melt.
The material then enters the main mold and the mold has the task of forming a uniform melt and turning it into a hose of a certain size.
In the next step, cool materials are produced and then by a hose calibrator with desired dimensions.
The hoses produced in the calibration section are sufficiently cooled.
The specifications of the hose are printed on it and finally, the hoses are pulled by large pulleys.

Numerous factors such as hose application and performance, size, pressure, weight, length and chemical compatibility are involved in hose design.

The QA375 water hose is made of a material or a combination of different materials such as nylon, polyurethane, polyethylene, plywood, natural rubber or synthetic cement and blankets based on the environment and the pressure required.
